Study Abroad on the Bowery (SAB) curriculum includes: writing, performance, activism, and direct study with some of the most exciting and relevant writers working today. Our hub is the Bowery Poetry Club, an artist-run safe house situated in a neighborhood with a rich, culturally diverse, poetic history. The program focuses on applied poetics, which means you bring poetry directly to the community.
